TeamZoneSports Launches Private, Social Network for Teams

TAMPA (January 2, 2008) – TeamZoneSports ( today announced the availability of its private, team-centric social network. The TeamZoneSports website enables organizations, teams and individuals to easily communicate, coordinate and share information in a safe and secure environment. In building the TeamZoneSports community, the Company worked closely with league and club directors; professional and amateur coaches and trainers; as well as players and parents across several sports to deliver an efficient and effective means to manage sports organizations and teams. The Company also conducted extensive market research which culminated in casting four pillars that were deemed essential to the widespread adoption of TeamZoneSports. To that end TeamZoneSports needs to be:

  4. Simple and easy to use

Fully customizable, TeamZoneSports uses the latest security, database and media presentation technologies. It enables organizations, leagues, clubs and teams with high value applications such as roster management; player and Team statistics; automated check-in; advanced scheduling; email and text message reminders and alerts; photo and video sharing; news and discussions; and, expert video training to name a few. Beyond what is currently available, the Company plans to regularly add new features and functionality to the site.
